What seems to be the average time from issue to mailbox?

What seems to be the average from issuing to receiving the licence? Does "issued" mean mailed or not. I would think it should only take a few days at the most to make it anywhere in FL. Mine was issued yesterday, 4/2.

mine- 8 days from issue date
Mine was issued on March 19th. I received it on April 1st. I count thirteen days from issue. I think a whole batch was mailed this past Monday, March 30th since so many of us received them on Wednesday.

I was told seven to ten days when I called to check on the 24th.

Issued does NOT mean printed and mailed. It means final approval by a supervisor and assignment of a license number from what I have surmised here.:drinks
Issued just means that it is approved and a number assigned. It still has to go through printing and mailing and that time period seems to vary.

Mine was in my mailbox exactly one week after issue.

Unfortunately, he's looking for "issue to mailbox", and the summary doesn't include that. Not enough data. Only you and a few others who talked to the department on the phone have reported it.
Seems like its one to two weeks in most cases. Remember, IF you are told it is "issued" you should ask the date it was issued. I think the majority of the variances depend on how long after issue it takes to be printed then mailed. I am also of the impression (maybe wrongly) that they mail in batches on Mondays but this is anecdotal.
