The best concealed carry positions are rather subjective, as each has their own pros and cons. There's more than one way to skin a cat, so to speak, and really the best is what's going to work for the individual in question.

The most popular concealed carry positions are on the waistband, because waistband carrying tends to work better than carrying positions like pocket, ankle or shoulder carrying. Hence, most people carry on the waistband and a plethora of carrying implements are made for doing so, including a host of holsters and a bevy of leather ccw belts..

Custom leather holster made to fit one gun at 4:00 to 5:00 o'clock . 4:30 just behind my hip work's best for me . 12:00 hides the gun well but is too dangerous .We have seen picture's of the guy who gave himself a butt cheek piercing . I don't want to even think about a mistake at 12:00 or 1:00 IMHO .

Beware answers to questions starting with "What is the best..." because "best" is almost always a subjective opinion based on certain assumptions. However, BFGB is explaining just that. :grin

I'm pretty sure, from reading some of Sams blogs, that he's a novice at best on the subject of firearms and particularly sd with a pistol. His background gives NO indication he's anything but a novice gun guy writing for a belt company.

His SOB pictured isn't small of back at all. Passing misinformation to less informed than himself apparently.

Part of SEO is writing 300-600 word articles and embedding keywords and urls to 'trick' the search engines that it is real content.
So to Google this is a informative article and it get their SEO ratings higher.

Fine, but hire someone to write intelligently and not pass errant information on to the unsuspecting public.
