Application package was mailed 10/21 and the checked was deposited 11/12. I have found that the people who answer the phones do not have a clue as to whats going on. The last time I called...11/13, the woman told me that I was "in the systen" oct 19th. ( 2 days BEFORE I mailed my package) SHe then told me it probably would not be issued until sometime in March. In actuality......the permit was issued the DAY BEFORE I called.Congrats.Can you post when you applied, and when your check was deposited?
What a GREAT day
After my last call to D.O.A. and being told "not to expect" my permit until March, I gave up my daily trek to the mailbox. Wednesday afternoon I was admitted to the hospitol with pneumonia and just got home about 2 hours ago. I took a SLOW walk to the mailbox and in amongst the bills and the junkmail was a white,fairly stiff envelope with a Florida Seal on it......It was mailed on the day I went to the hosp..............FINALLY.....:dancingbanana
