So yesterday I was bummed about my phone experience (application hasn't been processed, no, you can't speak to a supervisor, etc) after finally getting through, today I call back and get a very nice lady who tells me my license has been issued as of today, and to expect it in my mailbox in 10-14 days. She gave me the license number, and no, she wasn't a supervisor.

So maybe the lady I talked to yesterday was OK after all ie perhaps she pulled me out of limbo land (I did mention to her that I was mystified how my application hadn't even been processed yet after 92 days) or maybe it was just my time in the "queue" as they say.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys and ladies.

Now to update my timeline in the timeline thread.

The funny thing is, there wasn't really any hoopla other than my two phone calls. When I called yesterday I was prepared with a real song and dance to get put through to a supervisor, but it was totally unnecessary. The lady I spoke with couldn't have been nicer.
