Well I broke down and had to call , I got the your not in the system statement from the nice lady. Did not even bother to ask for a supervisor. The call took 20 mins to get someone on the phone. The apt was sent in November ,check was cashed December. SO figure maybe mid February I might get it. Gah I hate waiting

Might be worth escalating the call to the next level. I mailed mine on Nov. 3rd and it was issued Jan. 15th...73 days for me, so it can be done quickly...don't settle for that "not in the system" crap.

I sent mine in first week of Nov. and got the "just put in the system last week" called today, and it is issued and in the mail!

It looks like they are still hitting the 90 day window, we are all just very eager to get ours!
