The site listed in post #2 seems to be very good. My "go to" for years now to get up to date information on carry laws of other states, I use the "CCW - Concealed Carry 50 State" app (subscription is something like $1.99/year for installation on all your devices). For those that don't want to subscribe or to print out a PDF, I use: Handgunlaw.us

Open carry in GA is NOT illegal. So the FCWFL doesn't affect one's ability to lawfully open carry in GA as long as they are lawfully allowed to possess and carry firearms. See your favorite App or source of GA statutes. I use CCW 50 State or handgunlaw.us. 🤠
