Call them up Peter and see if everything is ok. Then ask for a supervisor. If you get one and all is ok they will usually process it for you right away!
Time Frame
Maybe somebody can give me an idea, as to how long it will take, when an application, was returned, because additional paperwork was needed to complete it.
