23 minutes? Not happening, give us the short version
Back in the day [ 77-82 ] I carried two 5 shooters in my back pockets in the projects of Roxbury and Mattapan [ Boston ]. 10 rounds, 5 from either hand [ I shoot both left and right handed ]. Out of the pockets and operational in 1 second, one or both at the same time.Well, I can't force people to be right but, IMO ...
Glock 19,17,20,21,22,34,35, maybe 30,26,27 (if under a 10 round limit)
Maybe a 1911 (beavertail grip safety and decent sights are non-negotiable)
Maybe a Sig 365 or Hellcat (especially if under a 10 round limit)
Snub revolver? As a "back-up" okay. As a primary? No*
*If one is uncomfortable with loaded chamber on a pistol or operation of a pistol, then Yes.
