I used it "SRT" in almost every shot and liked it. The SRT didn't affect my shooting for the good or bad. The action is super smooth, the kick of the .40 seems less than a G17. This pistol is super comfy with the fat rosewood grips. Me ----> :dancingbanana <-----

32 oz. is a pretty hefty platform to tame recoil. (The stainless version weighs in at 38 oz.)
I too love the wood grips and beavertail design, but like anything else, you have those that love it, and others that prefer some of the earlier design details.
