what's the word on showing the clip for an IWB holster? for example, if i'm carrying IWB, with my shirt tucked in, the piece itself is well concealed, but the clip from the holster is more than a little obvious. is this going to cause problems?

i'm still waiting on the mail to try it for real, and i'm trying to get these questions answered now rather than by the nice LEO placing handcuffs on me...

nothing wrong with that, the holster can show technically, as long as the firearm itself isnt

I will say that you are probably more aware that the clip is showing than anyone around you. For all they know it is a cell phone clip. The reality is that no one cares. At least that is what I've found for the 5 months that I've been carrying.

As MamaBear said, for all anyone knows they could be cell phone clips. The fact is, people wear so much crud on their belts these days that I doubt if anyone but a gun person would even suspect that the clips support a holster.

most companies that ive seen offer v-clips on their holsters, send you velcro strips with the sticky backs that you stick to the inside of your belt when you order those. (at least the companies i looked at when i was looking for a holster)

yeah, I think you may be a little too worried. You can show the clips and even have a shirt that says "look at this gun under my shirt", and you are still fine. You just can not see the gun
