We have them new for 350.00, should be able to find one in the 200-250.00 range.

You might want to look at a new Rock Island, they go for just under $300 on sale.
Some late model Taurus 85s are under $250 used, but it's a chancy thing to find one.

I like the Safariland Comp II myself.

I have some Pachmyers that cost a good bit more, but the Comp II‘s are some of the easiest and fastest to use that I’ve found.

First gun that I ever bought for myself was a Charter Arms .38. That was back in about 1975 or so. There are days when I REALLY wish I had never sold that gun!
