Congratulations! Your timeline is exactly like mine except I was told today my application hadn't even been processed yet. My polite request to be put through to a supervisor was denied. I'm a little ticked off.
Well perhaps it's time to show your arse lol. :rolfCongratulations! Your timeline is exactly like mine except I was told today my application hadn't even been processed yet. My polite request to be put through to a supervisor was denied. I'm a little ticked off.
I know what you mean about that hold message. Anyway one day later mine came through as well with no supervisor involved. I did let the lady I talked with yesterday know (very politely) that I was familiar with the statutes governing processing time. Don't know whether or not that helped in getting me out of the "queue".If I was doing it again, I would tell them I will hold until a supervisor is available.
If I have to hear that hold message one more time, I'll go nuts. "Did you know that having your prints done digitally can signifigantly reduce the time needed to process you application?" yada yada yada) I have it memorized already.
The person who helped me said they have 100 bins of apps still on backlog.:thumbsdwn
t I believe the trick is to get out of that backlog, and it seems the only way is to let them know you're not going away, and you are very familiar with the statutes governing processing time in the politest way possible.
Repeat daily until desired results are achieved.![]()
