So, if you haven't been paying attention, four people, including two kids, were murdered in Ocala yesterday:

This is literally three blocks from my house.

I'm willing to bet it will turn out that it was someone they knew, but still, this is exactly why I keep guns, especially in this neighborhood. My nine year old, who is Autistic, is scared now. I've been trying to explain that he is safe, but it's hard to do that when he is crying.

It's really sad - what kind of a scumbag murders little kids like that?

I hope this doesn't become the latest incident for the anti-gun nuts to rally around. $100 says the murder weapon(s) were either stolen or bought illegally anyway.

I forward all these too my wife since she is still a sheep. I am working on her thou. We have a 3 year old and stories like this really make me angry scum like that is in this country.

Sorry to hear it. I hope she comes around. My wife grew up on a ranch, so she is almost a good a shot as I am despite my Army training. We have long guns and pistols, and she likes them all.

By the way, I love your avatar. I am a major Star Wars fanboy. I gew up on it.
