No sir but I believe John Wick utilizes that technique in most of his movies. Wouldn’t mind learning.
CAR is what I heard it referred to before if it’s the same thing.Never heard it referred to as SUL but it's something I practice for retention. It also lends itself to the center axis relock stance (CAR) in a bladed position.

CAR was invented by a guy in Ohio named Paul Castle and is short for Center Axis Relock.

I still fall really well but my rolls are probably a little more squarish then roundish… but I hear it’s like riding a bike…you never forget. 🤣I think it’s time for a Brownie in person training session in Florida again. 🧐
