You've got a good twist rate for most anything "heavy." The problem right now is finding something. Most of what I've seen is 55 gr and very little 62 grain. You may have to hit the on-line sites to see what you can find unless you've got a good gun shop locally.

That's why I have been looking at the 6.5 Grendel by Alexander Arms.Hey, zombie poodles can be a real pain in the ankle. :aarg
Since you HAVE to shoot zombies in the head anyway, a .223 is adequate. Of course, since zombies travel in packs, a single, well aimed .308 could take 3 or 4 out at once.
