Two hand shooting, static on a firing line, gun/sights at line of sight
Two handed shooting, sights below line of sight
One handed strong hand full use of sights
One handed using strong hand, gun below eye level

Bracket what distances you shoot at primarily, say 5-15 yrds or 3-25 yrds, etc

I will routinely practice both one hand, two hand, strong side and weak side during a practice day. I will vary the distance and I vary between sighted and quick kill. Distance is 5-22 yards (distance of lane).

Two hand shooting, static on a firing line, gun/sights at line of sight:
Rarely (10 yards)
Two handed shooting, sights below line of sight
Often (7-15 yards)
One handed strong hand full use of sights
As needed (5-10 yards) (Weak hand, too)
One handed using strong hand, gun below eye level
Often (1-12 yards)

Two hand shooting, static on a firing line, gun/sights at line of sight Frequently from seven yards and twenty five yards, one or two rounds per session from fifty+ yards simply to confirm skill at distance.
Two handed shooting, sights below line of sight A few rounds per session from five yards
One handed strong hand full use of sights Seldom
One handed using strong hand, gun below eye level A few rounds per session inside of five yards.

Bracket what distances you shoot at primarily, say 5-15 yrds or 3-25 yrds, etc I shoot mostly from concealment for A zone hits for speed from seven and twenty-five yards. These are skills I'm wanting to improve on, with a sub-one-second hit at seven yards and sub-1.5 second hit at twenty-five.
My point shooting skills don't take much practice to stay proficient. I don't spend many rounds on things I'm adequately proficient with. Very little bullseye stuff other than verifying zero.
