i love those old training films as well.
here is one for rifle marksmanship for the m1 garand. it is a good film and the principles in the film can be applied to any rifle.

I really enjoy those old films. The one Curtis mentioned is a great learning tool for a rifle newbie such as myself. I have viewed both parts of that film several times.
