I applied for my CCW on 4/4/09. Although 90 days would be roughly the fourth of July, I'd love to get it earlier.
I picked up a SW M&P 9mm compact at the Delray Shooting Center. I keep it locked in the box and further locked by a cable style lock until I bring my gf to the range for some training. :thumsup
I joined the NRA right away.
I've been enjoying the posts here. The mental exercise of reading the scenarios in here is the equivalent of the mental training everyone should do in addition to the physical training at the range.
I remember a drill sergeant saying once, “Training is bloody battle, and battle is bloody training.”
