just signed up yesterday. Found the site through google searching for Florida Concealed Carry Forums. Been doing some research trying to answer some of my own questions. Questions such as which type of holster for concealed carry will fit me and my gun best (Taurus 24/7 Pro .40 and Taurus 24/7 .45, both same dimensions) and questions about printing.

Been doing some reading on here and the knowledge base is amazing! Looking forward to this forum.

Welcome to a great forum. Post your questions away! I have a G23 in a Crossbread Supertuck holster that I like but there are many options and everyone here seems to have a different holster they like.

I've been looking but there still doesnt seem to be a lot of info available on good holsters for the Taurus 24/7 range. I'm gonna carry IWB because obviously living in florida we wear shorts a lot, so that rules out an ankle rig and I'm a t-shirt kind of guy so a shoulder rig is out of question as well. I dont always wear a belt so I gotta find something that will work well with a clip style mech. to secure the holster.

Its just difficult for me to purchase something online because shouldnt you try these hoslters on with the gun to see what hides the best, feels the best, fits the gun the best, etc?

yeah, I just got it in the mail yesterday after taking the class and sending off my papers in FEBRUARY! Not to mention I made a move during their long process, updated my address, and they still didnt get that straight. So I'm still waiting for my updated license with my new/current address.

I've been spending a good deal of time on this forum this morning and liking what I see very much.
