Bought this little guy to go on my trail walking/hiking backpack. I plan to affix it to the left shoulder strap for quick and easy access. Does anyone see any problems if I carry it this way (essentially open carry)?

Well, I think that log could get kinda heavy after awhile, but otherwise, I don't see any issues with carrying it that way.

Nice looking knife!! but i don't have user experiences with this knife. I'm shieldon knives user here. They are just awesome and i use mostly for my outdoor safety.
