I'm attempting to upload some photos of my new holster from Dave at Little Bear Holsters.

It is a holster for the Walther PPS. If you look carefully you will see the paw print on the front.

You can't help but notice on the second photo the custom name. Dave went above and beyond the call of duty when he personalized MY holster.

Needless to say, Dave has won the strong endorsement of MamaBear.

ps - MamaBear, MommaBear, MB, Mama, Mommy, M, it doesn't matter how you spell it I will growl. :D

Oops. This was supposed to go under the holster thread. I don't actually carry the Walther (YET) because it is my dh's gun. Since the holster is *obviously* mine you know it is a matter of time before this becomes my carry gun. My dh is acting like that won't happen but we all know the writing is on the wall. :D

I'll bet that rig looks absolutely adorable on you mamabear.:D

Very nice

Brownie
I believe the word you are looking for is 'hot' not 'adorable'. :nangel

And yes, it fits rather nicely. I was amazed at how I was actually able to conceal it with the outfit I had on. I only wore it in the house to get the feel for it so wearing it outside might be a bit different.

I had never seen an OWB and couldn't figure out how one could actually conceal such a hulking rig. I still need to work on exactly where on my hip that it needs to fit because the handle of the gun still poked out a bit. It didn't look like someone axed me in the back or anything but I still think I need to adjust it a bit.

Dave, the pawprint is a nice touch. Did you that specifically for MamaBear or is that something you'd consider doing on all of your products? I'm asking because I'd be willing to bet there would be a lot of interest in either that or "prints" from other critters (i.e. deer hoof with dew claws, fox, wolf, racoon, cats like tigers, etc.)

It is not a good day when MamaBear gets censured. :rolf

My dh croaked when I showed him my response to Brownie. I guess even I can get out of line at times.

ps - I HATE CAMERAS. I believe I've mentioned that before. :D

I believe that color can almost be called cordovan but not burgundy. I did not want brown and did not want red. It was quite a back and forth conversation with Dave about the color. I sent a visual to help him know what color would look the best.

I started out by telling him I just wanted a plain, black holster. He informed me that I did not want a black holster. The conversation progressed from there. He knows his stuff and is very easy to work with. We had quite a few chats before I placed the order. He wanted to make sure it was just right. I appreciated the time he spent to talk to me and *listen* to me rather than just try to sell me a holster. He is all about getting you what you want.

Go Dave.
