I'm an NRA Training Counselor, I'm certified for PPOTH, and I'm in the Ft. Myers area. The requirement for PPOTH Instructor is that they have to be certified for PPITH already before taking the instructor training for PPOTH. I've got an NRA Instructor class coming up in Oct. for Instructor, Basic Pistol, and PPITH in Ft. Myers.(Listed on NRA.org) I can certainly add a PPOTH course if there's some interest.
