Sorry I must have missed a few posts. Is that your own truck now? You bought it and work for your self now? Owner operator?

We want pics of the inside. Truck porn, no offense. 😝

Same here....I missed the memo that you’re leasing out. Well done! Definitely liberating to have your own ride. Very cool! (y)

I’ve got no problem with cameras watching the road. But, I draw the line at a lens aimed at me, apparently a growing practice among companies. That’s a big nope!

Well then, how about an "Alexa" echo device with an ear toward you? :)

I have the Amazon Auto echo, and love it.
On long trips, she can read my audio books to me.
Plus music, email, calendar, etc...

I have Sirius. That is all I need. I think audio books would distract me.

Well, today was interesting. This was a steer tire that has just about 20k miles on it. Well it was toast. Had I not found it looking for another issue it could have ended badly. So 600 or so bucks later i am back on the road. #KeepOnTruckin

Great that you found that you may have averted an accident. I just had one of my vehicles in for service and got a call but there was a nail in the tire couldn’t be repaired. They wanted 800 bucks for the tire. I told him I would pass.

I got it home and checked it out myself and didn’t look like a nail. I pulled it out and it was a tack.

800 for a car tire? Damn. I have Bridgestone tires on my tractor, and the most expensive is the steers. 600 might be shy i haven't seen the full bill yet.but luckily I put 10 cents a mile into a maintenance account.

Wow, now that is expensive. No way to patch that from the inside?

It never needed patching, it was a tack that never penetrated enough to do anything. Those goof balls would have sold me a tire if I had said yes over the phone.
