Big smile at mailbox when i got home from work, permit is in hand. :dancingbanana Time line was, mailed 3/12 - ck cashed 4/15 - issues 6/17 - in hand 6/20. Thanks to all who suggested calling and talking to a supervisor, it really works. :thumsup

Thanks everyone - felt like a kid at Christmas morning when i saw the envelope in the mail. MamaBear's right, you guys waiting just hang tight, it is worth it. :D

I'm curious. For those of you who have called, do you ask for a super right away or talk to the person who answers and then ask?

I'm concerned that if I call and ask for a super right away they will say no or what for? then i'm not sure what excuse to give.

Mike -- go ahead and call and ask for a super, they will transfer you. I called and got the standard run around so i asked to speak to a super and was put through.
