Anybody go to the Lakeland gun show? If so,were there any good deals?

I went Saturday morning around 10 o'clock. The line to get in was out the door, and extended all the way to the parking lot. Surprisingly the line moved pretty quickly. Once inside I went straight to some ammo vendors. Their prices were fair, but I could get a better price for 45ACP ball ammo at Dick's Sporting Goods. I did pick up some 38 Special ammo which I can't find anywhere, and some 410 000 buckshot for my Judge. They did have the hard to find defense rounds, Federal HS, Winchester Rangers, Remington Golden Sabres, etc.

I have to say, like them or not, Shoot Straight had the best prices for guns, but no great deals. All in all the prices were up from the last gun show. No doubt the costs will continue to rise. :thumbsdwn
