I came out of Ikea on Saturday afternoon. There is this young lady with a small child (4-5?). The lady's on her cel phone talking to someone "I have no idea where I parked my car."

How is talking to someone on the phone going to help? She think her friend might know where she parked her car?

I know that we are suppose to be aware of our surrounding but I have to admit, I have come out of a store and thought the same thing to myself. I could not recall which aisle I was parked on.

How can you loose a car?

Weirdly though I often have dreams where I can't find my car.

Long ago, when I was a laborer at a BX on a FL base, I was gathering shopping carts after the store closed. A fairly young woman, mid-to-late twenties, came up to me in the dark, frantic and close to tears because she couldn't find her car. There were no more than THREE cars in the parking lot at the time. I asked her to describe it to me, and it was literally behind her, about 20 yards away. By her reaction, you'd think I just saved her kid's life with CPR or something.
