I have tried hybrid holsters and not been happy because when I tighten my belt either the soft back or a thin kidex front flexes enough to prevent me from reholstering.

I am looking for a kidex holster with a soft padding on the back.

Does anyone know if this is made?

The Panthers work well, they have thicker Kydex that doesn’t crush.
My IWB Panther holsters are made of a thinner Kydex material than my OWB ones; but there's no flexing or crushing of any kind, and they’re very light weight.

I’ll be ordering two holsters from Panther tomorrow; an IWB and OWB for my compact 10mm XD(m).

They really are that good…

I received the Clinger with the pad yesterday. I must say that I have tried a bunch of IWB holsters and they are all uncomfortable. This one is the lest uncomfortable that I have and I will be wearing it in place of my Alien Gear holster.

For Kydex I use JelTech Holsters. He is a 1 man operation and is his side job. I have 4 purchased 10 from him so far. Some for guys at the shop and so far no complaints :)He sells on E Bay and the Kydex is thick IMO. And his price;s are good !
