Yeah, it sucks, AFS.

Look at any election map, and you'll see Alachua county as a deep blue blip in a sea of red counties, here in North Central Florida. And with that blue tint comes all of the following benefits:

Super high gas prices, thanks to the second highest gas taxes in the state.

Super high drive times since all of your tax money went to that P.O.S. EMPTY BUS that you are stuck behind on a pot-holed ripped-up 2 lane blacktop.

Super high traffic fatalities thanks to all the mindless liberal arts students going to FU, uh, I mean UF, that can drive about as well as they can think independently.

Super high crime rates, thanks to the Gator football team, and most of it's fan base, along with magnet programs like Welfare, Food Stamps, the Choices program, SSI, AFDC, etc., etc.

No jobs in the private sector that pay over $10 hour, but a boatload of fat, stupid, lazy government union employees (who vote for every liberal tax-happy program in existence), so that your after-tax income is way below the poverty line (thus, the need for more and more welfare programs, right??)uke

So, yeah. That CWP is looking like a better and better investment every minute.
