The changes that have taken place in my ADOPTED! Country since 2009! Massive.

One detail that remains the same? Still, carry a Glock 19, But now loaded with Ranger T 147g!

Of course, now both my lovely Wife and I are US Citizens. And I am now 82 YOA!

My Dad told me, in 1961 That I would not see 35 YOA! And that was before I was stabbed the first time! One profesy I am glad never happened. An other one, he told me when I was 8! "You will loose this fixation with guns, as you grow older?" NOT

Still proud to belong to Florida concealed carry. Many great folks here, still!

Now we do get into some "discussions" every once in a while, but our "moderators" will not let it get too far out of hand.:smack
Besides, Mamabear would put us over knee and tan our hides if we got too far out of hand. :rolf
We do have some VERY knowledgeable people on here, as well as a Lawyer or Two.:ak

As far as i know of, the forum has been around about 1 1/2 years.

Welcome aboard. IIRC, this forum began around May of 2008. We all strive to keep it informative but our administrator and moderators all play a major part in keeping it civil. The minute it starts to turn less civil, you'll know because people tend to loose the ability to post.

Congratulations Ken! The world is definitively a safer place with you carrying again. Funny that a lifetime LEO had to wait in line, for a license, with the rest of us. Seems like they'd give you a gold gun (Glock) and a lifetime license and send you on your merry way!

If you hear my accent, and you are English you step back! I am from Liverpool. Hence "Scouse" means a Liverpudlian. As my Wife says (second one) Liverpool Hooligan, now Granddad of four, with a 50 year old Daughter... didn't half go quick those 73 years.

The origin of the word Scouse, a stew, when the pot gets a little low, you put some other stuff in, spuds, peas, whatever.

I worked 5 years as a bouncer, 4 years at the Cavern (of Beatle fame) 1960 to 64, only got stabbed twice, and a year at the Blue Angel on Seal Street.

Bouncers then wore Black Suit, clip on bow tie, steel toe caps, nice shiny ones.

Three nights a week, 5 and a half day's full time job. Wife and two children, not much time off.

Love my Glock 19s. More so love putting one on, and sallying forth each day, Florida is awesome.

The laws in most (all) places I have lived in, if they are in, it is trespass, but in the process of? As you stated, that is a different matter.
