IWB Magazine pouch (for single stack 1911 mags) recommendations?

I have one of the comp-tac ones. It comfy and works like it should.

Does anyone else that use mag pouches for their 1911 mags have any recommendations?? :dunno

I'd like to spare myself from what went down with my holster shopping. (Hint: there's a few permanently sitting in my closet now)

Why not offer them to the members of the FCC?

I got a Galco leather one that was advertised to work both ways and for the life of me I cant see a way to use it IWB. I'm just going to use it OWB and pick up a different one for IWB use. Probably just get the comp-tac or another that catches my fancy.

I actually have a friend that I'm getting into concealed carry, so I'm saving one of them for that. The other one, for when the one I'm using falls apart......come to think of it, I actually just ordered a new holster yesterday. Hard finding one that works well for me in index carry.

When I got frustrated searching for an IWB mag holder I switched to OWB camoflage instead. I had an old nylon Gerber knife pouch, complete with Gerber logo, laying around. It now contains a 7rd 1911 spare mag instead of the knife...

Sorry hadn't logged in in a few days, yeah it's iwb pouch. They just came out with them a month or so ago and match the iwb holsters they sell. The leather is a bit wider than the mag and it makes it comfy to wear.

Yeah it's a ruff surface on the inside but not real bad still fairly soft.

almost forgot to add comptac's returns are awesome. I swapped out some stuff all I had to do was call get an RMA #. They didn't give me a hard time at all and I did it a few times on there kydex stuff. I still use my supertuck everyday but i have a mtac and a owb from them for other guns. And they give you candy with every order lol.
