The wait is almost over....
84 days of torture I endured.
Did the Home Depot Walk instead of the Wally World. Went and shipped a box at the UPS store, and walked across the street to chat with some neighbors and all the time was wondering if I was "printing" It's a great feeling knowing that you have the ability to increase your odds of survival and being able to hopefully protect your family. The wait was worth every minute of it. I haven't really had the gun off my person since my permit arrived. I sit with it while watching TV, as I type this and wear it just moving around the house. It's really pretty comfortable. I feel it, I know it's there, but the occasional discomfort of a poke or pinch of the holster against my skin is more of a pleasant reminder than a nuisance.
I am carrying in a IWB High Noon holster. I waited until the permit arrived before ordering my holster. The guy at High Noon was awesome, the shipping was fast (1 day) as they are in Florida as well. I went with a basic lower cost holster just to get used to it. The fit and finish and the reverse J clip was was well worth the 34.00. Having worn it for three days now I can really appreciate how the reverse J clip works to keep the holster in place.
Good luck and hang in there it will be well worth the wait.
