Now I want someone to tell me that I wouldn't have been justified in ventilating that : censored. Why didn't the driver just run his fool : censored over? If that doesn't classify as a clear and present danger then I don't know what does.

If that had happened to me in my vehicle, and I had not had a firearm to protect my life, then that " Banger " would have looked awful funny as a " hood ornament " on the front end of my car. :D

Armed or not that would be a very difficult situation. There are a lot of pedestrians as well as other vehicles behind the BG. As much as I would want to take that SOB out I would be very afraid of injuring an innocent bystander. I think in that situation my car would become the weapon, they would be prying his dead corpse out from under the rear of my car.


Anyone watch the second link? The actually passed an ordinance in Kennesaw, Georgia that required every home to have some time of weapon. Thats amazing. Not enforced nor in any way enforceable but amazing none-the-less.


So wait was this actually a pro 2nd A 20/20 story?

I have to say, if he would have tried that with me, he would have been turned into a road repair patch. A lifted jeep will do wonders when you hit somthing/somone with it. LOL

At no point during his assualt was he more than 5 feet from the cars oocupant. At 5 feet he would've gotten 3 well placed .40 S&W JHP's center mass. Very little chance of a thru-n-thru and no chance of missing at that range.

Mine's a 3/4 ton Chevy diesel with a monsterous winch bumper on the front. I'd hate to think of what that beast would do if I hit some thug with it!

Isn't it odd that there is no follow-up on this at all? Was he prosecuted? I'm guessing the Vegas police can identify him and the corner he owns.

Let me get something straight. Was this staged? It was obviously filmed by someone. Did everyone there know what was going on, or were they egging this guy on to see what he'd do? Cuandoman, I think you said it was from a series called Bum Fights. Was this real?

What I'm getting at, is this guy did a lot of damage to that PT Cruiser. I would say a couple thousand for sure. Was the guy in the car aware of what was going on and cooperating? Since it was being filmed, what would have happened if the guy in the blue PT shot his a: censored?

About 15 years ago, I was in Orlando at a stoplight in a line of cars. I looked up into my rearview mirror and saw the guy two cars back get out with baseball bat in hand and go the car behind me. He was yelling loud (had windows up and A/C on, but I still heard him) then began swinging on the guy behind me. He broke in at least the driver's window, maybe others (like I say, 15 years ago). The guy behind me could not get away, and neither could I, although I considered it. And not having any means of self defense other than my Jeep, it would have been a bad situation.

I think when the guy started toward the driver's window, that would have been the time to draw on him, or try to run him over. A tire iron up-side the head is definitely life-threatening.

I can relate to this guy in a way, I hate PT Cruisers too. Now, every time I see one, I'm going to wonder where my tire iron is.:)

IMO, as soon as he approached the driver's window with the object in his hands he could've/should've been shot.......of course I would've "accidently" slipped off the brake when he crossed in front of the car...I'm excitable and panic easily you know......:rolleyes:

I am feeling the same way a lot of people on here does. I know for a fact of 2 things that would happen. One with a weapon and one without.
1(weapon)---He would see a barrel of mine! If he hit my vehicle after that...BANG BANG...if he is still holding his weapon...BANG BANG until he lets it go.

2(Without weapon) oooopppppssss I didn't mean to hit the gas..I thought it was the brake..

Sooner the better if my family is in vehicle also!
I like the link!! I think EVERYONE needs to watch the FACTS!!!!


Not trying to hickjack this thread. Just how loud is a firearm shot inside vehicle?
