I know how to use the [ img ] code to insert pics, but how do they have the thumbnails where you click to view the full pic?

I think you use the file attachment option in the 'Additional Options' section towards the bottom of the post edit screen.

Yup. The thumbnails are attachments.

And if desired, in the preview screen the pic can be enlarged by right clicking, highlighting "Properties" then pasting it into the insert image code line

What is that a pic of? Looks like you may have used a +P+ or something hot to cause that.
