It happens to ALL of us.........

You're carrying concealed, driving down the road, and then it hits. You've GOT to go to the bathroom!!!

As you (or I, rather) take down my pants in a public restroom where people can see your feet and your trousers...............hmmmm. I've got a .45 hanging off this side and a double-mag holder off of that side.........what do you do with them? Other than hold them in your hands, or hold your pants up a little higher? What about wiping?

Humorus, I know. :laughing But it happens.

I know what I do, but what do YOU do?

been there, done that...usually hope that the tp dispenser can work as a shelf, there is a hook on the back of the door (I will take my belt off if necessary and hang it there with holster attached) or just be Sh*t outta luck :laughing

I wear pants with just enough room for Glock 19 to fit in my front pocket.

No problem, I just hang everything around my knees (drop trow, re-zip, and spread the knees to keep everything up high and un-seen). Sounds funny, even looks funny to me but it works for me.

Put my glock ontop of the toilette paper dispencer, or lay it ontop of my scrunched up pants at my feet. if its the handycap stall, ontop of the sink works too.

Now there is a gun product waiting to happen. Potty Gun Sleeve. You could wrap the grip with toilet paper as camo.:laughing Now that would be deep cover.

Try simply placing the firearm in your shorts -- it sits nicely across the crotch of either boxers or briefs! -- as you "do your business". Nobody outside will see it (the shorts screen the firearm) and, trust me, you will NOT forget your firearm when it's time to leave as you could if you place it on the TP dispenser or elsewhere in the stall.

I would not recommend that. I have heard of a story that took place in NY where someone did just that and someone had reached over the stall and grabbed it off the hook and ran. Not like you could do much about it with your pants down to your knees. :rolf :ak

With a Smartcarry you just slide the hole holster up onto your chest, when done slide it back down no problem.

OK, guys, here's the situation:

You carry IWB.
You're at the mall or some other busy business (movies, bass pro, etc.)
Nature calls - and not just the quick relief. You've gotta sit for a while. Anyone looking can see your piece laying there in the floor in your pants.

What do you do with your CCW while you are there?

Let it lay there. If someone wants to make an issue of it, he'll have some embarrassing explaining to do.

Most restrooms have a fairly big toilet-paper holder (holds 2 or more rolls), and I just lay it on the top of the TP holder. It can't be seen, but if (shades of Sopranos) someone busts in the door, it's very handy. If it has to stay with the pants, cover it somehow (Jockies, waist band, fly-flap). Get inventive.

that could cause some panic, and you have the risk of someone next to you snatching it. Or worse, a kid grabbing it.

Be careful that you dont forget it on the way out. THe best bet it to stick it in your pocket or sit it on top of your pants once they're lowered. That way it's typically out of sight, and you wont forget it in the stall. Should you forget it's still on your pants, you'll quickly remember when you pull them up.

If you want to leave it in the holster, grab the end stall, where your strongside is to a wall.

Take your dump, and leave. No need to get nervous or your panties in a bunch. Its not that big of a deal, Police, Armed citizens do it all the time.

(if your nervous, go into the handicap stall an use the table, sink, or dipper changer.)
