I hope Tallahassee clears out the backlog of CWL applications. It looks like (judging from a few posts by members) they are presently mailing out licenses from applications mailed in mid-October. It looks like about an 85 day wait from time of mailing, if there are no glitches.
I hope your license arrives soon. Many of us here can relate to wearing trenches in the yard checking the mailbox. (I plan to re-sod in another week to fix the problem. Provided my license arrives by then.)
