In May 2009, I ordered a 1 1/4 inch customed made gun belt that I'm very happy with. At the same time I placed an order for items that were not available (on back order) that I cancelled without a problem. It did take a few days for them to acknowledge via e-mail.

I got an email this morning and it was taken care of. What happened is I ordered a mag holster and they did not have in stock. The waiting period was 6 weeks from manufactor. I let them know that I would like my account credited if it was going to be that long. He emailed me a little while later saying that they had a another style a bit more expensive but would give it to me at the same price,. Great right? Wrong color was sent and he told me to return to sender and he will ship black one to me and he took great care of me. They gave me the more expensive one with no additional charge to my account and no charge for return shipping. I was very pleased with the C.S. I received from Bill. I guess it depends on who you deal with in any business situation.......GLOCK 30 2 Smilies from me
