Hello good people of Florida! I am a GA resident and proud holder of a Georgia Firearms License. I come to FL quite a bit on business, I am always armed, and wanted a place where I could learn more about your firearms laws which seem to be a bit different that those we have in GA. Gotta love this Republic we live in!

Anyway I'm glad to be a member and look forward to learning from all of you.

I'm in Miami today and heading down to the Tagua factory to check out some leather (we MUST carry in a holster in GA).

I'm sure I'll have some questions later on!

It's very liberating to OC in GA, though I mostly *casual* CC myself.

I've found myself wondering how best to take my firearm from the console to "about my person" outside my car without "brandishing" but so far so good.

Any advice would be welcome. I'm a big dude and CC'ing my weapon while sitting in my car isn't a piece of cake.
