Today Got my CWL in 63 days! (PICS included)
04/03/09 - Mailed completed application w/ ELECTRONIC fingerprints to DOA
04/06/09 - Confirmed Delivered at DOA via USPS website tracking
04/23/09 - Money Order Cashed
04/27/09 - Sent an email for status check
05/06/09 - Rec'd an email reply w/ a bogus summary about increased volume and delay
05/18/09 - Called for status check and got a rudely presented bogus summary about increased volume and delay
05/29/09 - 9:00am Called the DOA
*got a pleasant rep, requested to speak with a supervisor
*Supervisor was pleasant, promised a call back in 15 minutes
*Called me back in 7 minutes and issued me on the phone
*I didn't ask for mw assigned CWL#, but asked how I could commend him for his professionalism. He provided his manager's name and transferred me to receptionist
*I left a vmail w/ the Supervisor's manager, she called me back in 2 hours and I gave kudos
06/04/09 - RECEIVED NEW CWL LICENSE.:dancingbanana
Is my speedy processing to be considered the norm moving forward or is it a result of any action on my part?

Well, I'm at 106 days and counting. Electronic prints submitted. Sure ain't gonna be well under 100 days. It's too late for it to be early, so to speak.
My wife's application (submitted the same day) was bounced 4 weeks ago so I was sure mine would be coming then. Still waiting. : censored
