Glock - Too heavy (bulky)?

Does anyone else find Glocks too bulky or heavy to carry daily and find yourself leaving it at home or in the car more often than you would like?? I can get a great deal on a G23 right now but am concerned I wouldn't carry it as often. I currently carry a PF-9 and can virutally carry it everywhere. I'm 5'11 170lbs. Preferred method is IWB @ 4 o'clock. There's nothing wrong with the PF-9 but 13 rounds of .40 would be great.

Franklin,

Did you perhaps stretch the truth a bit on at least one of those?

Glocks are pretty?

Boils down to fear. Once a man buys a Glock something happens to him, think gun cult and instant member.
This poor soul, who is a cult member, had an innocent question. The aftermath was terrible. God forbid that a non cult member talk about "the gift" in anything but glowing words (think God status).
Pretty smart on my part or at least safe!

Not nuts at all. To steal a quote from Paris Hilton "That's Hot." :rolf:rolf GLocks have a very special appeal about them. But i am bias... I carry a G23 as a EDC.
I was told that my G27 .40 was a bad choice to pocket carry. I got an "Al's" pocket holster, and carry it with loose fitting pockets, no problem.

Sure it's bulkier than my S&W snub nose .38, but it's still easy to forget that I'm carrying it, and the extra power and capacity over the snub makes me feel more prepared.

I carry one for a while and then switch to the other -- the snub feels like a take a shot and run gun, while the Glock seems like I could stand my ground if necessary.
