Hi,

My name is Lisa Pardus. I live on the very edge of the Ocala National Forest. My husband Frank suggested I start posting here. We have been married for 15-years and I have two step-sons, both Frank's boys.

I had a concealed carry permit, but let it lapse. When we go back to school this year I will get it again, hopefully before Christmas! I never took having the license seriously; I guess you could say I took it for granted. Never again!

We looked at moving to Tenn. and hope to one day, but their laws are not as concealed carry-friendly as they are here.

My hobby is politics. I look forward to discussing how we can keep the freedoms that we have in this state, and how we can broaden them!
