Even longer!

Hi everyone. I have send my permit application about 4.5 month ago. About 1.5 month ago i got a paper saying i didn't write if the prints were taken by a police department and a fingerprint card back. I wrote Lakewood township instead of Lakewood police department the first time because officer who did the prints told me so. I sent the edited card back and waited about 45 days. Just called them and waited 30 minutes on the line just to hear that they didn't receive the card. i asked what should i do and the lady told me just wait until they get it in the system.
what should i do to make them work? this whole thing is really annoying :thumbsdwn
