I figured I would throw this in here as it seems to be the best place to put it. Anyone own a CRKT knife? I was just recently looking at some at a uniform shop in Largo and I definitely saw one that I liked a lot.

I am looking into buying this one shortly.

Anyone have a Columbia River brand knife and if not, what do you own?

I was testing folders to destruction back in 2002 for the below linked website.

Check the bottom first test on the link for the CRKT tested back in 2002. The liner lock held pretty well, but the blades are not heat treated very well and consequently the blades are fairly easily damaged or broken.

I just got a Crkt Elishewitz MONTU from them I'll know in a day or soo how well the blade will last. So far it seems solidly built.I'll post a pic later today
I have a couple of CRKTs...they've served me well, but I haven't done any destruction tests. :D
I have an M16-13LE. It is a reasonably good knife for the money. I wouldn't use it to pry anything open, but it cuts well when sharp and sharpens up easily. It carries well, handles well and the positive blade lock holds the blade open well. For everyday use, I prefer my old Benchmade copy of the Emerson CQC-7. For heavy use my Spyderco Manix is very strong and holds a good edge, but is a bit on the large side.
Here a pic of the blades ,I got a serrated one so far I like it a lot

I just picked up a S&W Extreme Ops, partially serrated. Nice looking, holds an edge as far as I can tell, but I accidently spilled orange juice on it a couple of days age and didn't bother to clean it. Now when I push the button to open it, either doesn't open, opens slightly and gets stuck, or opens verrrrrrrry slowly. Not sure what to do about that though.
Wash the knife under hot water boiled on the stove, dry it with an air hose, re-oil the pivot, blade, resharpen and you'll be good to go.

I have a CRKT very similar to the one pictured in the OP, but mine is black, and the serrations are a little different.

Here's a link to the one I have:

M16-14SFA

I really like the LAWKS feature, and the "Carson Flippers" hilt allows for quick opening, similar to Emerson's Wave.

I have 3 of the same knife from them. 2 M16 serrated and 1 non serrated. I have had them since I was in the Corps and got them at 29 Palms back in 2001. They re still in service everyday. One in my pocket, one in my truck, and one in my pen cup on my desk at work.

The older models without the liner lock lock would wear to the point that the blade would fold from a sharp strike to the back of the blade. Happened to two of mine, cudo's to CRKT though as they replaced both and the last time was with the updated design. Don't carry them anymore though.
