I always sneak my folder past casual metal detectors by clipping it inside my underpants right behind the zipper and belt buckle. They expect the wands to go off there and it's not much more metal than an average belt buckle, snap and zipper. I wouldn't do it at the courthouse or other prohibited places of course.

Yeah, they detected it because I'd just forgotten I even had it on me! 🤠
