Has anyone here fired one? If so what are your impressions. I have been pocket carrying a Ruger LC9S Pro for a few months and I would like a higher capacity and a quality piece to replace it.

No experience for me as I do not EDC sub-compacts and prefer something with a bit more heft, usually either Sig Sauer P229 SAS all the way up to a full size 1911. 🤠

Uhm…. P365XL Macro

While the P365 and P365X are considered "subcompact" handguns, the P365XL and P365X-MACRO are considered "compact" handguns, not subcompacts. Furthermore, my P365X-MACRO is NOT one of my EDC guns. With its 17+1 capacity, I thought it might become one at some point when I'd proven it's reliability with my EDC ammo choices AND I'd demonstrated enough confidence to myself that I could shoot it at least as well or better than my P229 SAS Gen II, RIA M1911A1 CS, or either of my full size SA or Colt 1911s, but that day just hasn't arrived, far from it! YMMV. 🤠

Ah I see, I thought it was in the rotation. The terminology is so different amongst all the manufacturers. My CZ P01 and M&P 9 compact are both considered “compact” but, definitely bigger than the 365XL and the G43X. I agree with you on the fact that neither of those are actually sub-compacts, though.

I don't like it, it doesn't feel good in my hand.

I have shot BeerHunter’s and it fits me well and I can see myself buying one. With that said, the Caniks were modeled after the Walther (at least the first gen Canik) and those Walthers have a nice ergo grip. Almost as good as a CZ. Speaking of CZ…… you are the CZ Man. Why not a Rami?

I have three Caniks that all perform flawlessly, and have the best trigger pulls and trigger resets out of the box of any pistols that I’ve ever shot.
Two have 4 1/2” barrels, and one has a 5” barrel. All use flush-fit 18 round mags.
They probably won’t fit in your pocket; but they hide just fine under a tee shirt for me.
