Sabre Tactical has got a range up and running in Gainesville teaching the C.A.R. Technique. I personally found it much better then any other stance for self defense, anyone interested can get info at there web site SABRETACTICAL.COM
Paul Castle is one heck of a guy with a wealth of information.

On a side note. West Palm Beach always gets treated like a stepchild. We never get any classes held here.

No problem glad to help out anyone seeking excellent defensive training,alot of people unaware of C.A.R. and it is the new technology in shooting stances that is proven to work better, why spec ops and LE agencies are turning to it,and if Paul's willing to teach civilians in it I say atleast try it out once nothing to lose

There will be a 5-day($500) class starting 2 Feb 09 and a 2-day($250) starting 7 Feb 09.

Wish I could do the 5-day, but the timing is bad so I guess I'll have to settle for the short course for now.
