The writer is definitely anti-2A; presenting as apparent fact that the 2A wasn’t really looked at until Ronald Reagan was in office, and appointed some judges to more broadly interpret the 2A in a way it hadn’t been before. That isn’t a direct quote; but it’s close enough.
There were several others I noticed before that, but at the 2A comments; I quit reading. Scroom!

I didn't have much conversation with the reporter, but she made no bones about not being enthusiastic about guns in general. She fired a .22 under the supervision of instructors while there, and did OK. When given a 9mm, she fired a round or two and was done, citing robust recoil. When offered a 9mm AR, she declined.

One guy in particular was very vocal with her regarding his opinion on armed people, the 2A, and guns in general. She was clearly not favorably swayed by his attempts at persuasiveness.
