I would like to add my wife and son to my trust. I am not sure exactly what is required to do so.

Once I add my son, can he possess the NFA items in a separate residence as long as he has copies of the stamps and trust?

Thank you, Michael

You need to consult your attorney that wrote and provided you your trust.

Trust was created by Anvil Arms. Now out of business. I have added items to it since it was created though.

Although I'm not a lawyer I understand from talking with Mr. Buckley that multiple trustees complicates the trust and you may have to have a new one drawn up to accommodate the multiple trustees. Of course you need to talk to a lawyer you trust before making any decisions.

Yes, the prudent thing to do would be to consult someone who is an expert on the topic.

A little money spent up font to avoid fines and imprisonment is money well spent.

The consequences for getting it wrong are dire.
