As I've mentioned in other posts, our church meets at a school, so unless I speak somewhere else, I won't be packing during my sermon. I hope to have that opportunity soon!

Also, I did the "Wally-Walk" last night. Fairly uneventful- except for when I got to the register I realized that my sons had purged the cart of about half the items that I had gathered. I'll have to pay closer attention to that next time.

The gun has gone everywhere with me since I received my permit-save the shower.

Hey stupid,

The short answer is that it is the scariest place to be while unarmed. You can also go there and move about undetected because people are so wrapped up in themselves they will never know that you are carrying. You can basically get away with anything there including printing, flashing and any kind of newbie carry situation you can think of. I'm sure someone else has a more eloquent reply but that is the short and sweet answer.

Another reason is that it's a place just crammed with all kinds of people. Once you realize that no one there notices that you're carrying, then you feel more comfortable in other places.

I guess that's the difference between sons and daughters. My daughters were always trying to put extra things into the cart.

I did say that. Thanks for the info. We have 2 walmarts that are close too my house, the closest one is the one my wife calls the getto walmart, I know that they have had some trouble their. A few muggings and things.

Now you know why it is called the Wally Walk. It seems to be the best place to get in some concealed carry practice. Some of the stores are just down right scary even in the day time hours.

I know what you mean MamaBearto2, the last time I want to the getto walmart I felt like I needed a bath when I Got home.:rolf
