New to the world of suppressors

Almost done with my 300 blackout pistol build and have started doing a bit of research on suppressors. To be honest though, the amount of different products is seemingly endless. And considering the wait and commitment that goes into a suppressor, I'm having some trouble picking.

I have three main calibers, 5.56, 300 blk and 9mm. I want something versatile but without giving up too much performance. It is more important to me to suppress the rifle rounds than it is to suppress the 9mm but I would still like the option if possible.

Another item I'm having a bit of trouble with is the muzzle devices that allow quick detach of the suppressor.

Anyway, I'm basically looking for some recommendations. In today's market there are always a bunch of directions one can go and still have a quality product but I guess I'm looking for some help narrowing those options down.

Ideally you want a can for each of your calibers, but obviously due to costs and the wait time, this isn't usually practical. Start with a .30 cal can (I use a Specwar 7.62) and go from there.

That being said, Silencerco has the "Hybrid" which covers almost everything in the world of pistols and rifles.

This one can will cover what you have.

Anyone have any updates on BATF revisiting classification of suppressors, i.e. dropping the registration requirements and tax stamp?
