I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for an attorney that can set up an NFA gun trust. (yes, I know it can be done yourself, but I've already chosen to use an attorney)
I know most everyone recommends Mr Buckley, but it doesn't look like he's been active on the forums lately, and his website link at the top of the page seems to be just an IIS splash page (unconfigured webserver).
Yeah, well I still haven't gotten a response from the message I sent him about two weeks ago. (ah looks like this forum isn't set up to send email notification of PMs by default)
Just curious who else everybody likes for doing these.
+3 for Patrick. Very knowledgable and passionate. He is busy but he has been very good to us. Some things are worth a little work. Don't give up on him. Give him a call.
Franklin
I am also going to set up my trust as soon as my tax return arrives. Does Mr Buckley work long distance, I am in Jacksonville. Can everything be done over the phone and sent by mail, or would I have to travel down there to set it up?
I have been very pleased with Mr. Buckley in the work he has done for me; on timeliness, product and he's a pleasure to deal with. It was not necessary to physically meet, email regular mail and the phone worked well. Recommended.
